Karen Tsugawa is a Japanese-Chinese artist and graphic designer born in Sacramento, California. She currently combines her design background and knowledge of website development with her love for tactile artmaking, cultural history, and community-based projects. Her current public projects showcase the historical and agricultural ties between cities and Japanese-American as well as other immigrant communities.
